How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?
Look for signs such as missing or curling shingles, water stains on ceilings, visible leaks, or general wear if your roof is nearing the end of its expected lifespan. We’ll provide an honest assessment to determine whether repair or replacement is the best option.
Can you install a new roof over my existing one?
Sometimes. Building codes allow up to two flat roofs or three shingle roofs, but we often recommend full removal to address any underlying issues.

How long does it take to replace a roof?

Do I need to be home during the project?
No, you don’t need to be home. We ask that you provide access and keep your driveway clear for our trucks and materials.
Will my property be protected during installation?

How much will a new roof cost?

Do you provide warranties?
Yes. We stand behind our work with both manufacturer warranties and our own workmanship warranty for added peace of mind.
Do you offer financing?
We understand a new roof is a major investment. While we don’t currently offer financing, we’re happy to work with you to plan your project to fit your needs.
Maintenance & Aftercare
What’s the best way to care for my roof?
Keep gutters clear, remove debris, trim nearby trees, and schedule inspections during dry months such as spring and summer. Routine maintenance helps prevent costly issues in the future.
What should I do if my roof leaks?
